Founder Dafydd Evans holds the UEFA Pro License, the highest qualification in European football alongside an MSc in coaching science. 25 years experience directing, coaching and mentoring in America and Europe.

An All-American coach & former director at DeMatha MD winners of multiple consecutive titles and the nscaa national championship. During this tenure an extensive list became successful collegiate and professional players.

Evans coaches at the Premiere League Category 1 academy level for Swansea City fc whilst also directing Swansea university to successive domestic titles / promotions in Wales and to premiere UK university level.

Current roles have been with the football association of Wales as an elite coach educator directing and delivering on different UEFA courses and mentoring domestic and professional coaches from across the world.
